每日清晨,BUONASERA名厨SAM KIM及其助手们会在金浦市的一个小的菜园里
一边迎接着晨光,
一边采摘那里的有机蔬菜。并以这些蔬菜和由SAM KIM严格精选的食材为基
准,体现了BUONASERA
对菜肴的健康性及为顾客提供安全饮食的用心良苦。

  在那个小菜园里孕育着十几种用爱心栽培的新鲜蔬菜,这些蔬菜都是当日采摘
后被送往BOUNASERA作为餐前菜和大餐的主要材料。

  以“WHAT YOU EAT IS WHO YOU ARE”这句格言作为座右铭,
使人们了解健康饮食的重要性,使用当地食品(LOCAL FOOD)烹饪出健康美味
的佳肴是BUONASERA最与众不同的地方。
